Our story
NavaSolutions started with an engineer's habit. Before founding the company in 2011, Vishal Patel was a process engineer — and even then he kept building tools to make work easier, including a way to spot scrap trends across manufacturing lines that one plant still relies on nearly two decades later. That instinct, applied to technology, became NavaSolutions.
In 2016, Pritesh Patel — an industrial engineer who had spent three years leading service delivery at a SaaS company — joined as a partner and now runs our service-delivery team. Two engineers, one shared belief: IT should be run with the same rigor and efficiency as a well-designed production line.
When Covid reshaped how businesses work, we grew from a two-person service team to six, with a developer joining soon. We bring enterprise-grade tools and engineering discipline to small and mid-sized businesses — across healthcare, legal, finance, manufacturing, professional services, and nonprofits — and we treat your systems like our own.
